I'm a Co-Founder and Director with over 30 years’ experience in the commercial joinery manufacturing sector. What started out as a small venture back in 1991 grew steadily into a
thriving medium-sized company.

With more than three decades in the commercial building industry and leadership experience running a successful manufacturing company, I've now turned my focus toward coaching and mentoring.

I am a member of the Institute of Advisors and as part of an International Advisory Network, our systems and processes have been used in over ten thousand businesses worldwide.
